Trash Service

Place your materials at the curb the night before your collection day, or NO LATER than 7am on the day of collection.

Please be sure to bag your trash!

Waste Solutions Idaho Trash Service, will take materials not in the cart, as long the item is bagged, weighs less than 50 pounds, and does not exceed 2 bags. If you have any concerns over an item please contact us.

Cardboard boxes larger than 18 inches must be broken down and/or dismantled to a square flat size no larger than 30 inches by 30 inches. Examples such as TV boxes, Moving boxes, etc. must be broken down.

BILLING SERVICES

Invoices are mailed 30 days prior to quarterly service period and are due within 15 days of receipt.

Payments can be made in the form of:

Personal Checks (No Fees)

On-Line website -Trashbilling.com - (Must allow 24 hours for processing)

Money Order (No Fees)

Personal banking Online bill pay (No Fees) (Please be sure to include your account number when you set up the payment)

Important Notice:

Customers are kindly reminded that services may be disrupted for accounts with unpaid invoices as of the new service cycle. To ensure uninterrupted service, please settle your account before the start of the new cycle. It's essential to note that paying past-due invoices on the day of pickup or the evening before does not guarantee same-day service. Unless you call to cancel your service and our container has been picked up, your account remains open, and charges continue to recur. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
